Standard shipping is included in the price of the garment. Normal delivery times are 1 week from completion of order for Domestic (New Zealand) and 3-4 weeks for international. Urgent shipping can be arranged. Please enquire for a quote if you need it sooner than the estimated standard shipping time. All shipping is track and traced, no signature, leave at the address unless otherwise arranged prior to purchase. We send you a link with the notification of dispatch.

returns & exchanges

YOUNIKBYMATY.com will do their best to insure your article is made to the highest standard with the best quality materials. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item, please email us with your concern. Garments that are personal: (lingerie, bikini bottoms, etc) cannot be returned or exchanged. Items customised or commissioned specifically by the client and textile purchased as requested by the client for a project cannot be returned so please check your specifications carefully before accepting the quotation.

damaged or faulty goods

YOUNIKBYMATY.com will do their best to insure the goods are manufactured to the highest standards. If the goods are damaged in transit, please let us know immediately. If the item is faulty as part of the manufacturing process we will make arrangements to rectify the fault at no cost to you.
