This is a fixed price for the article only and does not include shipping unless stated in a promotion or otherwise

Quotation / Estimate

Quotations are fixed price for 90 days from date of quotation, YOUNIKBYMATY.com reserves the right to change the prices after that time, and will advise the customer by email.  The change in Quotation is not binding on the customer and they may decline the Quotation at any time.  Acceptance of the Quotation can be made by making the required Deposit prior to the expiry date of the Quotation.

Estimates are to the best knowledge at the time of preparation allowing for time and materials, garment and stitch type.  Variable components in an Estimate will be noted for full disclosure and transparency.

Deposit

A minimum of 50% Deposit is required on all Customized Articles.  For items that have specific textile requirements a further deposit for 100% of the procurement price of special textiles will be itemized in the Quotation.  The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE for customized articles and special textile procurement.

Final Payment

Final Payment is required in full including shipping, if any, prior to dispatch of your goods.

Returns & Refunds

YOUNIKBYMATY.com is committed to the highest quality work and your satisfaction with the articles you purchase.

Intimate articles including Bikinis (the whole set) and Swimwear one piece, lingerie panties or G-strings etc. are non-refundable subject to the Faulty & Damaged Goods clause.  Once worn, YOUNIKBYMATY.com is unable to accept these items.  Customized clothing cannot be refunded, but If we have got it wrong we will work with you to replace or correct the article. If there are any modifications that are required outside of the original design we will gladly do our best to accommodate these. There may be an extra charge.  Return Shipping other than Faulty or Damaged Goods is to the account of the Purchaser.  If you are just plain unsatisfied with the article you have received, please contact us without delay so that we can resolve any issues.  Most other articles can be returned or exchanged provided they are not used in any way. Subject to the Faulty and Damaged Goods clause, the Purchaser is to pay to cost of Shipping of Returned and Replacement articles. 

Any Refund to be paid will be done so only on receipt of the returned goods.

Faulty & Damaged Goods

Please thoroughly check your article on arrival.  If your article is damaged in transit please notify us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt). YOUNIKBYMATY.com accepts no liability for Damage if it is not notified in a timely manner.  Manufacturing faults: If there is a manufacturing fault YOUNIKBYMAT.com will work with you to repair and or correct the fault.  Let us know as soon as you discover any fault.  We will accept claims of Faulty articles up to 6 weeks from date of delivery notification.  YOUNIKBYMATY.com will cover the cost of return and replacement shipping for Faulty and Damaged goods.

GST, Excise and Taxes

Sales are Zero GST Rated. There is NO GST included in all sales as currently as YOUNIKBYMATY.com is not registered with NZ IRD for GST. There is no reduction for international sales as a result.  This section will be updated when YOUNIKBYMATY.com is registered.

The Purchaser is responsible for paying any Excise Duty and or local Taxes, VAT, GST or equivalent if any in the receiving country and YOUNIKBYMATY.com is not liable for these Taxes or Duties in any manner.

Shipping & Courier

Shipping costs may be included in the price, free of charge, or extra as determined at the time of purchase and payment.  All shipping and courier is Authorized by the Purchaser on the basis of “Track & Trace, No Signature Required, Leave at Address”  UNLESS specifically requested otherwise prior to shipping.  Liability for the goods rests with YOUNIKBYMATY.com until delivery is confirmed by the Shipping/Courier company.  Upon such notification by the Shipping/Courier company, liability transfers to the Purchaser.

By selecting the BUY NOW or Making a Deposit for a Customized Quotation or Estimate from YOUNIKBYMATY.com you AGREE to the Terms & Conditions of Trade contained herein.

Personal information including your personal details, measurements, contact information, remains your personal information and YOUNIKBYMATY does not under any circumstances share, sell or disclose your information to any other party. Your personal information is only used for the purposes of manufacturing your requested article and shipping it to you at the correct location in a timely fashion. You may request a copy of your personal information held on our files, correct any information, and request that we delete it from our files at any time. Please feel free to email us.
